You can order unsigned copies online through many booksellers, and internationally through Amazon. What data does CTW collect?
CTW may collect personal identification information (Name, mailing and billing addresses, email addresses, buyer phone number, etc.) used in the sale and delivery of our book to you or through email correspondence with you. We do not collect information from you when you visit our website but do not make a purchase.

How does CTW collect your data?
You directly provide to us the data CTW collects. CTW collects data when you order a book from CTW or send us email correspondence. CTW does not receive your data indirectly from other sources unless you use a credit card processed by our payment vendor, Square® Inc. Square retains information relating to your credit card transaction and makes available to us information relating the sale of our book to you. This information may include your name, mailing and shipping address, email address, etc. necessary for the fulfillment of your order.

How will we use your data?
CTW collects your data so that we can process your order or respond to your request. We do not share your information in ways not already described.

How do we store your data?
If you purchased a copy of Chopin Through the Window from us using our website, CTW does not store your data except through our payment vendor, Square, Inc. Information provided to us from our vendor outside of their systems is only retained by us until your order is processed. Your information is permanently deleted once your order is fulfilled. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped, and the email records pertaining to it will be permanently deleted after 3 months. For those that purchase from us directly at book signing events we do not retain any information not already described. Other correspondence via email is retained indefinitely unless you request that we delete this information. You can request that we delete all of your information in our email records by sending an email to us at ChopinThroughWindow@gmail.com.
